Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 759 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,427,504,384,386,387 and 379 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of theft of 500 K.G. Sariya and 30 bags cement but there is no recovery from his possession. Earlier also the informant has instituted a false case against him i.e., Saharsa P.S. Case No. 683 of 2015 to put pressure upon him. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.3443 of 2017 (4) dt.07-04-2017 the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
