JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 The learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General submits that the PPO/ GPO dated 22.10.2019 has already been issued and sent to the Treasury Officer, Sasaram. This Court finds that now the grievances of the widow- petitioner stands redressed, hence the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Sasaram to make payment of the pension and gratuity amount within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary and shall be liable to deposit a sum of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13084 of 2019(4) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Rs. 5 lacs with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the departmental authorities. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
