Mr. Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2021 Mr. Bijay Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has given no objection in the matter.

The Court Master has informed this Court that no fresh Vakalatnama has been filed in this case. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P. S. Case No. 111 of 2020, dated 23.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. and the impugned order.

Though the case is based on suspicion but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.742 of 2021(2) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 considering the gravity of the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, that shall be considered on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition on his behalf has not been entertained by this Court.
