2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 18.04.2025 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.162 of 2024, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a resident of Patna and after filing of the anticipatory bail application he went outside Patna for earning his livelihood. Due to lack of proper knowledge about the technicality of law, the petitioner could'nt surrender before the learned court below.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 18.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No. 18578 of 2025 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
