11/12 proceedings against the concerned respondents for not complying with the earlier judgment and order passed by this Court in CWJC No.17531 of 2009 and CWJC No.16697 of 2009.
In response to the show cause, a counter is filed on behalf of the concerned respondents. Learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent State authorities/ DPC has stated at the Bar and so stated in the counter affidavit to the show cause that now the DPC in its meeting dated 04.09.2018 had already considered the case of the petitioners for promotion and recommendations have been made to the State Government and now the actual promotion order shall be passed after obtaining necessary approval of the concerned higher authorities within a period of one week from today.
Concerned respondents are directed to act accordingly and see to it that the earlier order passed by this Court in CWJC No.17531 of 2009 and CWJC No.16697 of 2009 is fully and truly complied with and actual promotion orders are passed after obtaining necessary approval of the concerned higher authorities within a period of one week from today.
