The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were participating in Muharram

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11297 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 procession. It is alleged that for taking Muharram procession licenses were given to the petitioners but the petitioners violated the terms and conditions of the license.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
