The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 251 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is only the witness of alleged sale-deed and not the identifier of the executor of the sale-deed. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
