2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhawanipur (Akbarpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023 under Section 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M. Purnea.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of country made pistol and bullets. Petitioner is in jail since 07.03.2023. Petitioner is found to be involved in loot.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45965 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur (Akbarpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will visit Behariganj police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
