2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS GR.Case No. 9 of 2024 arising out of NCB Case No. PZU/V/02 of 2024) registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (c), 23, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The accused Jahigir Dewan was caught with 206.400 Kg Ganja and his statement recorded under section 67 of the NDPS Act. The accused Jahigir Dewan stated that Ganja was to be delivered to the petitioner. The petitioner confessed in his statement recorded under section 67 that he is the receiver of the said Ganja.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2024. The petitioner is also involved in one more case.

5. Considering this facts that petitioner is involved in smuggling of Ganja, I am not inclined to granted bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

6. This application is dismissed.
