It is submitted that due to mistake in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 47549 of 2016 it was typed that Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015 is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Patna though the case is pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna and as such the same was typed in the order dated 15.12.2016 by which the petitioner was granted privilege of pre-arrest bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, in the last paragraph of the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47549 of 2016 'to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Patna' be read as 'to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna' and further period of surrender is also extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
