Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they came at the worship place along with others and assaulted the father of the informant on head resultantly father of the informant died on the spot.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is specific allegation upon co-accused Lalu Ansari who assaulted the deceased on the head by means of lathi. He submits that the postmortem report of the deceased shows only

He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners bear no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and they are languishing in judicial custody since 04.06.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Riga P.S.
