The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Mohkar (Sarbuhda) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(AB) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70246 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 05.07.2024 a status report has been received dated 12.07.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of two months. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
