2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 85, 103, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with others assaulted the wife of the informant Mormi Devi with foot on her stomach and was knocked down and was pulled due to which she got unconscious and during treatment she died.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has also been submitted that from perusal of the postmortem report it will transpire that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased and the doctor has opined that the exact cause of death cannot be ascertained so following viscera preserved. It has also been argued that generally viscera is preserved in the cases where the cause of death may be poisoning. It has also been submitted that actually the deceased has come at the place of the occurrence to rescue where these petitioners were being assaulted and she got unconscious. They are having no criminal antecedent and they are in judicial custody since 18.03.2025.
5. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP appearing for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
