JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.2.2014 passed by J.M. 1st Class, Samastipur in C.R. No. 1864 of 2011, TR No. 2454 of 2014 by which learned Magistrate has framed charge against the petitioner. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. In the complaint petition there is allegation against this petitioner of committing physical and mental torture with the complainant for demand of dowry. The Court below after finding sufficient materials against this petitioner has framed charge against him for the offence under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the IPC. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.495 of 2016(4) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 This Cr. Misc. petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Court below will proceed with the case in accordance with law.
