Petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No.634 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner was arrested in Amas P.S. Case No.278 of 2018 on suspicion and has been remanded in this case after recording his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.43167 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shergahti, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S.
