The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.10.2019, passed by the learned court of S.D.J.M., Banka in connection with Banka Mahila PS case no. 34 of 2019, by which cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323/34 of Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however seeks liberty to raise all the issues raised in the present petition before the learned trial court, at the time of framing of charge.
