Petitioner claiming herself as elected Up-mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat called Maghaulia under Block Minapur in the District of Muzafarpur has raised an objection to the selection /construction of the Anganbari Centre at Bishunpur, Kushuwaha Tola. Such construction is taken up as a policy decision of the State Government under child development programmes. The petitioner holding the position of Up-Mukhiya can raise the issue in the meeting of the Gram Panchayat or before the appropriate authority for consideration. The writ application stands disposed of granting the petitioner the aforesaid liberty.
