The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisiya) P.S. Case No.09 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 420, 354, 379, 385, 387 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant has alleged that because of illegal demand by the petitioners for signing the cheque, this occurrence has taken place.
In the opinion of this Court, the petitioners have clean character. The allegation seems to be a dispute for sharing Government money but seeing the nature of the offence, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2002 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisiya) P.S.
