JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 This matter has come up under the heading 'to be mentioned' for correction in the order dated 10.05.2017. Learned counsel submits that he had not pressed the application for bail on behalf of petitioner no. 2 as he was already arrested during the pendency of the application. It appears that due to inadvertence it has been mentioned that all the three petitioners are granted bail, whereas only petitioner nos. 1 & 3 were granted bail by this Court. Accordingly, the order dated 10.05.2017 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
