Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 2 & 3 and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bagha P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45277 of 2022(7) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner nos. 2 & 3 namely Bairistar Yadav and Mirtunjay Yadav, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagha P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
