The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 & 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused Kunjesh has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 04.04.2018 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 13058 of 2018. The same reason is applicable in the matter of the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with
