The petitioner seeks bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 449 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that Police saw three persons in suspicious condition at DVC Chowk under old Jakkanpur. On seeing them it seemed that they assembled to commit crime. Out of them three persons as named in the written report were arrested. Other accused persons managed to run away. It is further alleged that one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2018 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Patna, in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.
