2. This application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 476 of 2022 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no evidence against the petitioner except confessional statement of the co-accused. It has further been submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. In a case of triple murder, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer if trial is delayed unnecessarily.
