The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mali P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 instituted for the offence under sections 341, 323, 79, 307, 504, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It has been submitted that petitioner no.3, namely, Pradeep Singh has been arrested. Therefore, the anticipatory bail against petitioner no.3 is dismissed as withdrawn. It has been submitted that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 are father-in-law, mother-in-law and Nanad of the informant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9984 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 respectively and petitioner no. 5 is close friend of petitioner no.1 From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against all these petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners named above, (except petitioner no.3, Pradeep Singh) within six weeks from today, in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
