2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 5347/2022.

3. The trial court report reveals that out of 14 prosecution witnesses, 11 witnesses have been examined and 3 witnesses are yet to be examined.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2020, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
