In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said decision of the Board of Directors as contained in the letter dated
Patna High Court MJC No.3000 of 2015 (4) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 17.05.2018 before the concerned authority, which this Court is told, is the Registrar, Cooperative Societies. In case the petitioner challenges the aforesaid order dated 17.05.2018 before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, the Registrar would decide the issue under consideration within a period of four months from the date of filing of the case by the petitioner.
