JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is cousin father-in-law whereas; petitioner No. 2 is cousin brother-in-law of the deceased and they reside separately from husband of the deceased. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
