JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 The petitioner, in the present writ application, has sought for direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher in the Gram Panchayat, Kishanpur North under Kishanpur block of Supaul District, with all consequential benefits. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the statutory remedy of the petitioner lies before the District Appellate Authority.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.24801 of 2013 (2) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days, which shall be disposed of within the statutory period from the date of filing of such appeal. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
