"12. That still it would be relevant to submit that from the data as available from the original C.D. containing result of BETET.VSITET 2011, as had been called from the pre and post Data Processor, the status of the result of the petitioner namely, KHUSHBU KUMARI under Roll No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13894 of 2019(5) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 2320110479, has been found as 'Qualified'."

In view of the above, the respondent- Bihar School Examination Board is directed to act in accordance with the stand taken by them and issue provisional certificate which shall finally abide by the enquiry report of SIT. The other respondents may accept the provisional certificate issued by the Examination Board for all practical purposes With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
