JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard learned advocate for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

118 liters of liquor is said to be recovered from a vehicle.

One person who was arrested during the raid namely Md. Sahid, has disclosed the name of the petitioners. This is the sole basis for prosecuting the petitioners in the present case. The petitioners are in custody since 13.07.2021 and

Considering the period of custody of the petitioners and the nature of accusation leveled against the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021.
