The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 498A, 494, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted that these petitioners are Bhaisur, Devar and Gotani of the informant.

From the written report, itself it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No. 79 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
