2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 302, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2024.

5. He further submits that other co-accused persons namely Sanjay Yadav and Upendra Yadav have already been

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
