The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakmeshi P.S.Case No.111 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469 and120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of taking vague examination in collusion with the other accused persons and collecting huge amount.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is old man and retired as an employee of Central Bank and the present false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.27294 of 2018 (5) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of materials available on the record and also considering his age.
