JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that on regularization petitioner's leave salary for 75 days between 16.7.2012 to 28.9.2012 has been paid to him. Referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit it is also submitted that the Travelling allowance of the petitioner dated 28.9.2012 of Rs.14270/- is under process of payment and will be paid to the petitioner on receiving allotment of fund. These submissions have been made in the counter affidavit filed in response to the Interlocutory Application No. 3530 of 2015 by the petitioner.
Since, none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution without
