It is a speculative kind of writ application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, because the Advertisement No. 1 of 1993 is no longer an issue, since after many rounds of litigations the steps have been taken by the respondents, including the Bihar Staff Selection Commission to fill up the post of Secretariat Assistant by conducting examination. Selections have already made and the appointments carried out. The left over vacancies will be filled up in the next round of recruitment. There can be no direction in favour of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1334 of 2014 dt.12-02-2015 2/2 petitioner with regard to a separate exercise in relation to Advertisement No.1 of 1993, which anyway has lost its meaning over the last two decades.

Writ application stands dismissed with observation as above.
