Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the other accused persons has looted a motorcycle and Rs. 16,000/-. The petitioner has similar antecedents and he is in custody since 31.03.2023.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
