2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application the petitioner prays this Hon'ble Court for issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 26.06.2013 passed by District Education Officer by which the petitioner's promotion in the Graduate trained Teacher has not been given and also for issuance of appropriate writ commanding the respondents to promote him to this Post namely in the rank of Trained Graduate with all consequential benefits. Since the date of 26.6.2013 on which his juniors have been promoted in the said rank."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1409 of 2015 dt.20-08-2018 2/2 grievance has been addressed.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
