JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Deoria P.S. Case No. 110/2013, registered under Sections 366A, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The application is for grant of anticipatory bail.

On going through the record, it appears that the case was lodged in the year 2013, naming the petitioner as an accused. She approached before the Court after four years. She may be treated as one evading the process of Court.

Having considered the above, the Court is not persuaded to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
