1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble Court for issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ / writs, direction or directions setting aside the order dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure - 4) Passed in vide Aaganwari Appeal Case No. 09/2021 by the Respondent No. 4 (The District Magistrate) and order/Selection-letter of Res. No. 7, dated 03.04.2023 (Annexure

6) passed by the Respondent No. 6 by which the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Aaganwari Sewika, Centre code 185 of ward No. 12, Panchyat Thathi Bhawanipur, Pipra as such being aggrieved the petitioner filling the present writ application.
It is further prayed that after quashing the aforesaid orders passed by the Respondents and suitable direction to be given by the Hon'ble Court in the effect of reinstate the service of the petitioner on the said post Aaganwari Sewika, Centre code 185 of ward No. 12, Panchyat - Thathi Bhawanipur, Pipra."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
