Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 10.2.2016 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Fardbeyan of the informant does not disclose the date and year of the marriage. Furthermore, informant states in his fardbeyan that the deceased was killed by her in-laws including husband due to petty family feud.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased was caught in fire accidentally and she was immediately taken to hospital on 31.7.2015 and subsequently, she was admitted in hospital at Patna but ultimately, she died of her burn injury on 31.7.2015 and after that informant lodged this case with ulterior motive.
