The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015, registered under Sections 394 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that while the informant was, in the way, on his motorcycle, this petitioner and some unknown snatched cash of Rs.61,000/-, gold chain and wrist watch from him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the nephew of the informant and earlier he had lodged Revelganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014 against the son of the informant due to that reason the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with false allegation. Further submission is

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
