2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nashriganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 303(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stealing a motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has 11 criminal antecedents.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and his period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Nashriganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2025.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bhagwanpur Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
