2. This application has been filed by the petitioners to quashed the FIR of Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 234 of 2021 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter has already been settled between informant and the accused persons and a compromise petition has been filed in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna.
4. The compromise petition has been signed by Amresh Kumar Pandey and Pallavi Pandey i.e. the husband and the wife.
5. The petitioners are given liberty to approach the learned Magistrate and press their compromise petition. If the compromise petition is supported by the O.P. No. 02 then the entire prosecution against the petitioners shall be dropped and if the same is not supported by the O.P. No. 02 then the prosecution against the petitioners will continue.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
