The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being Panchayat Sevak did not hand over the register and folders with regard to appointment of Panchayat teachers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already handed over all the records to his successor and this fact is in the knowledge of the Block Education Officer. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a

No.18176 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
