JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 This Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification in the order dated 20.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5922 of 2017 by which he was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner could not surrender within the time as he was at Delhi and due to non-availability of ticket he could not come earlier and as such the time of surrender be extended.

Learned APP does not oppose the prayer.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner is again directed to surrender within fortnight from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016 and then he shall be released on bail as per terms and condition of the order dated 20.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5922 of 2017.
