The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 372 (C) of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that she was earlier married with the elder brother of Ram Ratan Yadav @ Ramratan Yadav, petitioner no. 1 but after death of her first husband she was married with petitioner no. 1 Ram Ratan Yadav @ Ramratan Yadav on 25.04.2010. She alleged that on such marriage her husband and family members got ornaments of worth Rs. 2,50,000/- and Rs. 10,00,000/- from the capital of the shop of her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15565 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 first husband. She further alleged that the accused persons started demanding of additional dowry of Rs. 5 lakhs. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant was earlier married with the elder brother of the petitioner. Petitioner no. 1 earlier married with petitioner no. 2 who was living with her and petitioner no. 3 is mother of petitioner no. 1.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Complaint Case No. 372 (C) of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
