Patna High Court CWJC No.9770 of 2015(18) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-04-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the suggestions made by learned Senior Counsel Sri Ashok Kumar Singh appearing for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the following directions:- The Cane Commissioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order shall disburse the amount to the farmers concerned and before doing so, if required, shall hear the farmers and the concerned occupier or owners of the establishment and thereafter direct for payment to the farmers in accordance with law within the aforesaid period. In case, any farmer or occupier has any grievance with regard to the manner in which the Cane Commissioner has disbursed the amount, they shall have liberty to challenge the same individually in accordance with law.
