2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of theft of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50072 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 various articles from the government school premises. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and they have no concern with the theft articles and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and petitioners are in custody since 15.01.2024/16.10.2023 respectively. Similarly situated coaccused have been granted bail by Coordinate Benches of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 36965 of 2024 and 46275 of 2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kishanganj.
