In the present case the petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that order passed by this Court has not been complied with.

The entire payment has been made whatever the petitioner is entitled too and today a calculation chart has also been attached with the show cause. In such view of the matter, this Court does not want to interfere with the matter.

Patna High Court MJC No.2771 of 2015 (4) dt.25-04-2018 Accordingly this contempt application is disposed of. However, it is made clear that the petitioner may approach to the bank for redressal of his grievance.
