4. The appellant's license under the Public Distribution System was cancelled on 16.04.2019, which order he challenged only in the year 2023, i.e. after four years.

5. Taking into account such inordinate delay and latches on the part of the appellant/writ petitioner therein, his prayer was rightly not entertained.

6. There is no reason why we should interfere with the order impugned.

7. There is no merit in this appeal and is, thus, dismissed.
